| The
idea for this series came from a collector in America, for whom I
have already made several paintings. He wanted to recreate the classic
series of NASA artist impressions that were made at the beginning of the
Apollo Project, showing all the steps in a lunar mission. Only he wanted
all of the steps in the series painted by me. I thought this was a
wonderful idea.
